XILICONE GLOSSY
Glossy Xilicone is used to obtain high Glossy effect on fabrics with soft hand feel with high elastic and without tack. Xilicone is heat resistant so on heat-press, the Xilicone does not melt and reduces the shine. Xilicone is used as a very good anti-slip agent. It can be print on Micro oven gloves, anti-slip mens socks and in baby socks. High density and round cornor print can be top-coated with glossy Xilicone as required.

CURINGFor complete polymerization prints are to be cure at 100 C/212 F for 1.5 minutes with Airflow recommended are 56cmm or 2000 cfm air.

SQUEEGEESFor the High GLossy print effect, 65 shore squeegee is recommended. The single-time print with 3 strokes is enough to get a good shinning effect.
